Daughter makes good at High school musical!

Recently my daughter was in her high school musical, no not THAT one! Her high school did they're musical version of "The MusicMan "

They had five performances to sold out crowds over a three day period. Everyone enjoyed this production very much! I am not a huge fan of musicals, but hey, my daughter had a major part in it!

She played as "Amerillis" the little girl who is taking piano lessson's from Ms. Marion's mother.

I guess that since my daughter is in the ninth grade, and has just entered high school, people her age are not normally considered to be in these productions. They usually have to "prove" themselves to the Directors...........in High School?! WTF?!

Anyway, she auditioned, got the callback, got the part! She was very excited! She and the entire staff of actors, directors, stage crew worked very hard for about six weeks! Long hours after school, and on the weekends so that they could get they're performance just right. And, they did!

I am so very proud of my daughter!

They all did a wonderful job!
